Spring Hill is a family-friendly community located in Berkeley County, West Virginia. The community is made up of 387 homes, each on 1/4 to 3/4 acres lots. Residents of the community are conveniently located within driving distance of Washington DC and Baltimore.

Schools
Valley View Elementary, Mill Creek Intermediate, Musselman Middle and Musselman High schools are only a short 5-10 minute drive.
The children of Spring Hill attend Elementary for grades K-2, Intermediate for grades 3-5, Middle for grades 6-8 and Musselman High School for grades 9-12. All four schools receive respectable ratings on the greatschools.org site. There are also numerous private preschool and grade schools in the area.

Convenient
Spring Hill is also commuter-friendly. Residents enjoy a convenient proximity to Frederick, MD, Winchester, VA, Leesburg, VA and Dulles International Airport which is only 60 minutes away. Those who take the train enjoy the short 15-20 min drive to the MARC station off of Flowing Springs Road.
Those wishing to travel have drive-able access to Washington, DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York City, Virginia Beach and many more east coast cities.

When not at work or school, residents of Spring Hill enjoy the area’s many recreational activities. For history buffs, there are numerous Civil War battlefields close by as well as the Harpers Ferry National Historical Park. For adventure seekers, there is white water rafting, zip-lining and much more. For those interested in camps, classes and culture, there is plenty to choose from at the Old Opera House and the Berkeley County Parks.
